The upper limit of each independent package is 20 kg. **If the package needs to be separated due to the large amount of goods, the charge will be calculated according to the total volume weight of each box

Delivery for remote areas:

Ocean Park and the outlying islands district (cheung chau, lamma island, Po toi island, GuoZhou, suo gu ping chau, islands, kat, pylon chau, black state, etc.), Disney, discovery bay, lantau island, mui wo, bay bay, cheung chau, pond, tai o, little rock, ngong ping, oyster bay, chek lap kok, the airport and all need to apply for the area permit range are unable to send.

2. SF Express (Local Commercial And Industrial Areas / EF Lockers / 7-11 / OK Convenience Stores Pickup)

$30 will be charged for the first kg, and $7 for every additional 0.5kg. No additional charges for delivering to residential or remote areas.

Under most circumstances, the order will arrive between 2 to 3 working days. SF Lockers are available all over Hong Kong. Overseas overseas delivery is available but excludes food and cosmetic.

Flow :

1. When the customer fills in the delivery information at the time of “check out”, please fill in the code (Example: 852M1006) of the authorized pick up store at “Add Comments About Your Order”. Fill in the full address of the Convenience Store at “Address”.

2. When the courier arrives at the authorized Convenience Store, SF Express will send SMS to the customer as pick up notification.

3. To pick up the goods, customer is required to present the SMS notification sent by SF Express as verification.

4. From the day receiving the SMS notification, recipients are required to pick up the goods from designated 7-11 or OK Convenience Stores within 3 days. SF Express will return the goods if they are not picked up. If customer needs to retrieve the courier, please contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 in order to re-schedule a collection date.

1. Ching Kee Transport 

If you need to transport larger or heavier goods to Macau, you can choose "Ching Kee Transport".

Deliverable: clothes/cosmetics/large household goods/health food/snacks food

The shipping cost is depending on the cubic meter (CBM), and the staff of "Ching Kee" will quote the shipping cost after check the box.

Generally, it starts from $120 per box (extra charge of $50 for door to door delivery). The freight can be paid in Macau or Hong Kong or half and half of the two places.

**All shipping charges will be finalized by the quotation before delivery by "Ching Kee Transportation".

2. SF Express

Sf international distribution can deliver goods to most overseas customers. 2. EMS Speedpost delivery: delivery fee paid by the customer.

If you discover any problem with the item(s) you just received, please email us your order number, item number and a clear photo of the problem area within1 business day. We will try our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the style, color, size, fabric quality, etc., we apologize that exchange or refund will not be accepted.

Exchangeable Conditions:

• Defected goods with holes or torn fabric
• Wrong size from your order
• Wrong item from the original image
• A discrepancy of+/-5cm from the particular size chart
• Completely wrong order delivered

Could we return different color or size of product?

No, You could only can return a same product.

We will advise once the Korean supplier confirms their assessment. If an exchange is approved, you will need to return the goods with original packing to us within 2 business days and inform us the tracking number by email. Late shipment may result in rejection of exchange. We will absorb the return postage to a maximum of HK$60 if the goods have above specific problems.

Non Exchangeable/Refundable Conditions:

• Delivery time is too long.
• Request for full refund when partial item(s) in the order is out of stock.
• Delivery delayed due to the courier’s issue.
• Request for refund when the style, color, size, fabric quality, etc. do not meet your expectations.
• Due to the intimate nature and hygienic reasons, lingeries are not returnable.
• Goods show signs of being washed.
• Subjective reasons such as small stains, loose thread, mild scratch on leather goods, color discrepancy.(color varied with different monitor display), material not as expected or size not fitting nicely.
• Report a problem after receiving the goods for 1 business day.
• Failure to return the goods within 2 business days after confirmation of exchange is approved.
• Color fading in denims.
• After approval of an exchange by our Korean suppliers, the exchanged goods will be exactly the same as the original order. Absolutely no exchange to a different style, color and size.
